Phillip Berlin - C.E.O. Mr. Berlin has been involved with several companies and in various positions during start-up and development stages. He held the position of C.E.O. at D.R.T.V. Holdings, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects and divisions of the company's operations including, but not limited to, product acquisition and manufacturing set up, warehousing and fulfillment, production of infomercials and national advertising campaigns, capital acquisition and investor relations, as well as screening and hiring of upper management, vendors and contractors. Mr. Berlin has also been directly responsible for raising millions of dollars in private placements for dozens of development-stage companies and has held series 7, 24, 27, and 63 securities licenses. He also sits on the Board of directors for Hydro Enterprises, a water purification treatment system. Mr. Berlin has a Bachelors Degree (BA) and Masters Degree (MBA) in Business Administration. Mark Sinkinson - President, Treasurer, and Director. Mr. Sinkinson has been involved at the start-up stages of numerous companies with a primary focus on start-up capital funding and building upper management teams through his network of business and management professionals. He has been responsible for raising millions of venture capital dollars for dozens of small and mid-sized companies. Mr. Sinkinson has been in dialog for three years with SAC. He has studied and has a vast knowledge of our products and their many applications. Mr. Sinkinson is a co-founder and former board member of Hydro Enterprises, Inc. Jim Haas - Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Haas has a wealth of experience in senior positions with leading U.S. companies. As President of an international consulting firm, Jim developed and led business process improvement and strategic-planning projects with senior executives of major manufacturing and service companies in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Haas has served in management and executive positions in sales and operations with Johnson Controls, Inc., Cal-Air, Inc., American Technical Services and Universal Circuits, among others. Mr. Haas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette Collage, in Pennsylvania, and his background includes project management positions on large, complex, high-technology assignments. Mr. Haas has many years’ experience in building and leading highly-effective management teams. Barron Bingen - Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Bingen has experience creating/developing and implementing programs from a variety of different companies. Mr. Bingen has also owned and managed companies ranging from chains of natural food stores to strategic marketing companies. Mr. Bingen holds a Masters Degree in Human Service from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania. Mr. Bingen has many years experience in creating and leading highly-effective management systems.
